Course Description
Human resouces management is the basis of efficient management of a system with high level of qualified personnel and with complex medical technology. This course will cover issues of human resources management and provide overview of issues relevant to experts in the field of personnel management and human resources management. Topics covered will include recruitment and selection, capacity building and development, assessment, and other broad issues such as rewarding, equal opportunities, disciplinary measures, and dismissal. Special attention to employer’s and employee’s legal rights within international framework.
