Sadržaj

The curriculum is designed to introduce and teach students: how to deal with media and public, how to work with outside offers; how to identify clients, understand their behaviours and influence the client behaviour; how to motivate, perceive, influence the attitude taking: how to communicate; how and which communication models should be used; Introduce with basic productive and marketing communications, marketing communication prices, advertising activities, marketing mix, mass communications; How to develop negotiating skills and knowledge; How to solve multidimensional problems How to establish public relations, how to generate publicity, institutional propaganda and image; How to organise and structure institutions according to the laws, regulations and legal standards; How to improve the rights of patients and other service users; how to organise procedures for recognition and solving of all the problems connected with the service, in an honest and efficient way.
