Sadržaj
The curriculum is designed to help students to understand the philosophy, politics and practice in nursing and concepts of nursing practice management models. They will analyse the role of a nurse on all management levels and they will teaching how to develop and plan the working strategy in nursing; how to manage human resources, how to manage conflicts, to communicate and cooperate;
How to solve problems and bring decisions in nursing care, how to manage changes in nursing and
Health care; how to manage risks in health care; how to build a team and how to develop a team work;
How to manage time; how to manage costs/ strategic investments and strategic planning; how to manage control concepts of incomes and expenses of health organizations
