Europski sustavi zdravstvenog osiguranja, Dopunsko i privatno zdravstveno osiguranje u Europi i tranzicijskim zemljama, Ugovaranje i kupovanje usluge i kontrola ugovora u osiguranju,Struktura odštete kod rizika prema zakonski usklađenom zdravstvenom osiguranju, Postavljanje prioriteta i ograničavanje u zdravstvenom osiguranju, Trendovi u pokrivanju zdravstvenog osiguranja,Svrha je managementa rizika da stvori i održi sigurnu i za osiguranika uredno organiziranu zdravstvenu službu te da održi cijenu osiguranja,Upravljanje rizikom, Preventivno djelovanje, Tržište osiguranja, Sposobnost upravljanja rizikom, Uključivanje upravljanja rizikom u procijenjivanju kliničkih izvještaja, Uloga upravitelja rizika u uspostavljanju Ugovornih odnosa,Uloga CEO u uspostavljanju programa za upravljanjerizikom.
