Oscar Richard de Miranda is Project leader for the MATRA project in Croatia for the part of the Netherlands, 2003.Project leader on Quantity and Quality in the MATRA project in Slovenia from 1999 to August 2002; Writing, presenting Covenant for Ministry of Health of Poland, Ministry of Health of the Netherlands, Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Netherlands as Pre Accession Advisor to Poland from September 2002. to April 2003. He graduated at University of of Nijmegen, Nijmegen, The Netherlands, 1979; Degree or Diploma(s) obtained (1986 – 1987) Drs.1. Organization Development and Management; Drs.2.
